Class size

We keep our classes small to ensure each person can have adequate attention. By keeping to training for one person, or for a small group from your company, we can adapt the content to suit your needs.
Joining with others
You're welcome to arrange a group with people from other companies but please ensure they have similar needs and skill level so you will still have your needs met.
Computers
Computers with appropriate software are provided at city venues. However for the city venue special price for one person, you need to bring your own laptop with the software.
For on-site training you need to provide your own computers and software.
Whiteboard
For on-site training with more than one person please provide a whiteboard.
Projectors
For on-site training with more than one person please advise whether you have a projector and screen.
Course times
Training is generally from 9am until 4pm or 4.30pm as needed.
We find it best to have a lunch break of 45–60 min and a short morning/afternoon tea break.
Arrival time
For city venues please arrive
15 min before the class is due
to start.
Transport
Sydney city venues are near to Wynyard or Martin Place railway stations. Also close to many bus routes, and only 10 minutes walk from the ferry.
Parking
If you need advice on options for parking please advise when you book. Also ask if you need advice on accommodation.
Course notes
Summary course notes are provided, and exercises used in class can be taken home for reference and further practise.
After class support
3 months email and phone support is available if you get stuck.
We also offer an optional take -home exercise which you can send in for feedback and advice — useful for those not using the software in a work situation.
Buying
Adobe software is now leased on a monthly subscription basis. If you need advice on which software you should have for your training,
please ask us.
Trial
All applications can be downloaded for a free 1 month trial.
When to pay
Payment is required 10 days before training takes place to allow sufficient time for the payments to be processed before training.
For courses booked more than a month ahead a deposit is required at the time of booking.
Is your money safe?
Yes. Money paid in advance will be held in a special account until the training takes place.
How to pay
Direct deposit is the preferred method of payment. Bank cheque or company cheque are also accepted.

All of our Adobe courses are offered on-site, anywhere in Sydney and its suburbs.
The advantages:
You don’t need to travel, you use your own computer and you can attend to business in the break.
The disadvantage:
You can attend to business in the break! You might prefer the city option.
